The Problem

IASST Academy was generating awareness through social media but struggling to convert it into enrolled students. CAC was rising, conversion rate sat below 2%, and there was no post-lead follow-up system in place.

Our Approach

We deployed Layer 0 (Client Fingerprint) to map the business model, then identified Conversion as the primary bottleneck. We rebuilt their objection map, added social proof at every touchpoint, restructured the offer, and installed a 5-email lead nurture sequence.

The Results

Within 30 days, lead-to-enrollment rate increased from 1.8% to 6.2%. In 90 days, lead volume grew 360%. LTV:CAC ratio moved from 1.4:1 to 4.2:1, making paid acquisition profitable for the first time.
